LCS OnPrem WebAPIs – Client Secret Expiry

Table data is loaded via /api (no SAS in the browser). For local dev run npm start in LCSinfopage (copy api/local.settings.json.example to api/local.settings.json and install Azurite or a real AzureWebJobsStorage connection string). Deploy with Azure Static Web Apps and set the same names in Application settings.
